Gallon Zip -Lock Baggy with Child’s Name BOLD on it. Copy of health waiver inside.

 

Snack Size Zip-lock Baggies with daily dose for child in each bag. This will help with the other 80 kids we need to deal with!

 

Tylenol – just write a note if you think your child
will need it. We will have this with us.

 

Mrs. Graham– In charge of Medications (contact her before the trip and give medication to her morning of trip)

 

What if my child gets sick on the trip?
You will be a part of the decision making. We will call & talk with you about symptoms etc. & decide what needs to occur.
