Frequent Questions

 

Bathrooms - At base camp they are cement buildings with in ground toilet & hand washing stations.
 

Showers – 2 days without showers, can bring wipes & will be in river water on sliding rock section and rafting
 

River Rafting Section – Will wear helmets, life vest & wet suit top at all times. Experienced guides along with instructors & teachers 4:1 ratio.

Purchasing Gear – Wal-Mart, Target, Academy Sports, Dick's Sporting Goods, REI for clothes & all “big” gear is provided.
 

Hygiene – Will have individual discussions with children about this at BGA & at site. Each instructor will have necessary items for girls if needed.
 

Lots of Rain – Back-up Facility
