Hey ya'll when you are a teen you have to start watching what you are eating and how often you are excersizing . This can be a very big challenge ecpecially when your in school so here are a couple of healthy tips that might help you .

Water Water Water!!!!!!

This is key to having a healthy strong body. An average teenager should drink on eto two bottles of water a day, usually this is not the case so to help that try out slow bringing water into classes or anyother type of break you have . Even the flavored water is much healther than Cokes and Sodas. Drinking water also is proven to help your skin .

Healthy Habits

When you are at a certain age then your body picks up certain habits. So you definantly need to start off with healthy habits that you can keep all your life . Being healthy doesnt have to be being miseriable . You can still eat chocolate and some other unhealthy treats but you just have to limit them . One Trick is that your meals should always be colorful!!!! if it all consits of carbohydrates then you need to go grab a fruit , the more that you do this the more your body will crave healthy foods.

Take a YOU day !!!

Sometimes you can get so caught up in everyday life so you need to take a day that just have fun!!! go out with a group of friends , get together with a friend and have a sleep over . It is essential to take some time for you .
