Physical Characteristics of the Giraffe

Giraffes have brown spots surrounded by a creamy outline of very soft leathery skin.
They are usually between 16-19 feet high, and males are larger in both height and weight.
A long neck for seeing long distances and long legs for running fast help the
giraffe stay out of harm from predators. Giraffes also have incredible vision.
