Fruits are usually very sweet and juicy. They can be hard or soft
For example, apples are very hard but grapes and berries are very
soft. Some fruits even have a hard peel around them. Oranges, limes,
and lemons all have a peel. Eating any one of these fruits is a great
way to get one serving of fruit. You should have two to four servings
