Good Music

Okay, so this is my website for GOOD MUSIC! If you havent heard of/listened to some of these bands, they're amazing! I might not write a whole lot about some of them, especially if they are pretty well-known because like you'll already know some stuff, and I'm getting tired of typing!

Have you ever heard of Nada Surf? Jack's Mannequin? Keegan? Keane?
There is a TON of good music out there, but some of the really awesome
bands are undiscovered to many people who only listen to the most recent hits.

"To make a mountain of your life is just a choice."

Nada Surf is one of the greatest bands of the 21st century. So, mabye you've heard
of them, and have them all on your ipod, but maybe you don't. They're mix of rock and
alternative is so amazing that even if you weren't the coolest kid ever to discover
them first, now they have four albums of music for you to listen to! Their latest album
The Weight Is A Gift, is really inspiring. Weight, is like the heaviness, the burden problems can bring.
It just kinda says, you know, everyone's got problems but, in the end, everything is gonna be okay.

"Everyone knows I'm in over my head, over my head"...

The Fray, are totally amazing. They actually do have a hit single right now, Over My Head.
If you even sort of like that song, you have no idea how great their other stuff is. Look After You, All At Once,
and many other songs make up their amazing new album, How To Save A Life. The thing about the Fray is,
You know, there are those bands, that their CDs rock, but you hear them live, and you're just, dissapointed?
That's NOTHING like The Fray. In person, or on track, their music is awesome.

The Clash...they are seriously amazing. They were a British rock group in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Unfortunately, they did split up, but they left a legacy of incredible music, especially the album, and single,
London Calling. Their sound still is hot today, so if you ever get the chance to listen, do it.

Keane is yet another amazing Brtish band, one that is more modern, and young, and still together.
The three guys that make up this band are really witty, and they make great sound together.
They won tons of awards for their album, Hopes and Fears, which is the coolest album, with the bst mix of sounds.
One of their best songs, We Might As Well Be Strangers, was featured in a couple of movies, and the band is gaining fame in the US.

So, Tegan and Sara are these twins, who have a really great, almost rock and techno, and alternative, and just crazy weird sound.
They're actually from Canada, and so they have a sound that you wouldnt really find in a band originating in the US.
Their stuff, like, Fix You Up, You Wouldn't Like Me, Where Does the Good Go?, and etc. are all on their new album, So Jealous.
Their stuff has actually been featured on TV shows such as Grey's Anatomy, and that's where I first heard them. They've also been in movies
such as Sweet November, and others. The thing about a TV show with a really awesome soundtrack, is that you can hear good bands, and so if
they have one good song on the TV's soundtrack, you can buy their album, and be able to discover a whole lot of good music as well.

I love the All-American rejects! I started liking them right when Dirty Little Secret came out, but now, they have a whole album full of great music, and an amazing new single, Move Along. Move Along is AMAZING!

The Killers are awesome...you never get tired of their album Hot Fuss....they have like Mr. Brightside, and Somebody Told Me, that were really big along with a lot of other stuff that is on the album....
